How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your Vesper account and related personal data directly in the app. If you have deleted the app, cannot sign in, or prefer to contact support, you can request deletion by email from this page.
If you can’t sign in
Use the button below to draft a deletion request email. To verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm your signup email, login provider, and whether you have an active subscription or payment history.
If your email app doesn’t open, send your request directly to support@vesperstar.app.
Deletion scope
- Login identifiers, display name, language, and time zone settings
- Natal chart data and associated calculations
- Notification settings, registered devices, bookmarks, and notes
- Ask the Stars questions, replies, and personalization data
- Support messages, reply history, and related support records used to resolve your requests
Information that may be retained
Vesper generally processes verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Records needed for payments, refunds, cancellations, billing disputes, misuse prevention, legal obligations, or support-related compliance needs may be retained separately and securely for the periods described in the Privacy Policy, after which they will be deleted or anonymized. Temporary deactivation, account freezing, or inability to sign in are not treated as account deletion.
Subscription notice
Uninstalling the Vesper app from your device, deleting the app, or deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Vesper Plus subscription purchased through Google Play or another app marketplace or payment provider. Account deletion is not a refund request. If your subscription is still active, cancel it through the store or payment provider where you purchased it first. For Google Play purchases, you can use Google Play subscription management and Google Play refund paths. Unused Ask Stars credits remaining in your account at deletion are permanently forfeited and are non-refundable, except where applicable law or the applicable app marketplace policy requires otherwise.
